Personal Injury
April is experienced in litigating personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. In her representation of defendants and plaintiffs, April has handled cases involving automobile accidents, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, child sexual abuse, and traumatic brain injury. She also represented a minor plaintiff in a child sexual abuse trial against a school district as second-chair trial counsel.

Premises Liability
April has successfully handled premises liability matters, including securing summary judgment for a client on a complicated foreseeability issue.
