Armand Magardician represents various corporations, not-for-profit organizations and individuals in defense of transportation, premises, construction, products and various other general liability matters.
Armand has successfully handled a variety of catastrophic injury cases brought against manufacturers and distributors of industrial machinery, construction equipment, pharmaceutical devices and various other products. He also has handled a multitude of other cases involving general liability, medical malpractice, multi-district litigations and work-related injuries.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Armand worked as a plaintiffs' attorney advocating on behalf of his clients.
