Ashley Zurkan represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of complex and high-exposure civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, construction defect, and environmental matters, including disputes involving hazardous waste. In addition, Ashley adeptly handles employment litigation and civil rights defense.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ashley worked at a Las Vegas, Nevada, firm defending public entities in civil rights matters and handling environmental litigation. During law school, Ashley gained valuable experience in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) decision-making and environmental harm considerations as a legal extern in the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of the Solicitor.
