Austin Hevey represents established businesses and individuals in a wide array of commercial and complex tort litigation. His practice focuses on insurance defense and insurance coverage matters, as well as the defense of claims involving premises liability, product liability, and general casualty. Austin effectively develops litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Austin worked at a prominent civil defense firm in Providence, Rhode Island, where he handled litigation related to general liability, professional liability, product liability, and toxic tort, as well as insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes.
