Austin Stenberg represents a wide array of individual and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Austin worked at an established California firm and a large practice in the San Fernando Valley, providing litigation defense in various practice areas. He honed his legal research and writing skills and handled all phases of trial preparation related to plaintiff-side litigation as a law clerk at a boutique personal injury firm. Austin’s interest in litigating matters involving copyright and trademark protection laws was piqued during law school when he assisted low-income clients in filing for copyright and trademark protection in connection with their businesses or original artistic output as an Intellectual Property clinic member.
