Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Benjamin was an associate attorney at a leading civil rights litigation firm in Albany, New York, where he worked on civil and criminal cases involving municipalities, employment-related claims and contract disputes. 

During his time in law school, Benjamin worked as a legal intern for a business-oriented law firm in Albany and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Daniel J. Stewart in the Northern District of New York in Albany, New York.
