Benjamin Muzi defends parties subject to potentially costly claims and advises on environmental regulations involving federal and state environmental law, such as CERCLA and RCRA. He also appears before federal, state and local regulatory agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and others. Ben previously worked for a Portland, Oregon, environmental law organization specializing in complex litigation.
