Insurance Defense
At the beginning of his legal career, Ben handled primarily personal injury lawsuits for property and casualty insurers. He soon began working on higher profile litigation, including the defense of healthcare professionals and product manufacturers. As his legal skills developed, Ben broadened his practice to include the defense of non-medical professionals such as agents and brokers, architects and engineers, and lawyers. Over the past 10 years, Ben’s practice has expanded to include the defense of employers and landlords against discrimination claims.
Insurance Coverage
In addition to his litigation practice, Ben has been actively involved in assisting carriers on insurance coverage matters, including general liability, professional liability, employment practices, and directors and officers liability.
