Brittany Brown represents businesses and individuals in general liability matters. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of claims related to automobile & trucking liability, premises liability, and handling a range of matters for an American multinational technology company.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Brittany practiced personal injury and employment litigation focusing on motor vehicle collisions, general negligence and violations of federal employment law. She has experience handling matters with the EEOC and state and federal courts throughout the southeast. This experience translates a strong litigation background and a helpful perspective for Brittany’s clients in both strategizing and expediting issues to resolution.

In law school, Brittany was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association where her trial team won a national championship. Brittany is barred to practice law in both Georgia and Florida.
