Brooke D. Modica represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice primarily focuses on the defense of premises liability and construction accidents.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Brooke worked as a law clerk at a litigation firm, conducting legal research and assisting with general liability and environmental matters. During law school, she worked as a legal assistant for a boutique real estate law firm, primarily handling the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.
