Bryan Puente has practiced civil defense throughout his legal career. Recently, he has specialized in serious personal injury claims and litigation involving the transportation, hospitality and retail industries. Bryan also has experience in medical malpractice defense on behalf of hospitals, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals in litigation and applicable board proceedings.

For the past five years, Bryan has been engaged in defending claims and lawsuits against transportation companies of all sizes in addition to representing single owner-operator transportation businesses, international shipping businesses, interstate transportation businesses, intrastate transportation businesses and others. Clients include businesses that operate passenger vehicles such as cars and trucks, commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, oversized vehicles and other motor vehicles that operate on the roadway.

Bryan has extensive experience defending premises liability claims, negligence claims and intentional tort claims against hospitality and retail businesses. Clients include hotels, resorts, grocery stores, big-box retail stores on the national and international scale, as well as small “mom and pop” stores.
