Carina Jordan is an experienced litigator who prides herself on strategic, effective communication, honed in part through advanced mediation training and education during her legal studies. She focuses her practice on defending personal injury matters, including actions involving general and motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, habitability, and intentional torts. She analyzes case-specific facts to determine defensibility and the most effective course of action to achieve each client’s goals. Carina has extensive experience taking and defending depositions, developing litigation strategies, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for resolution through trial, mediation, or settlement.
In an era where self-represented litigants are increasingly emboldened by artificial intelligence and online legal resources to pursue claims without counsel, Carina has a strong track record of defending clients against such litigants, including those who pursue matters aggressively or in bad faith.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Carina concentrated her practice on transportation and general liability matters. She also handled cases involving debt collection, creditors' rights, and public entity defense.
