Carrie Davis has more than 10 years of experience in civil and criminal law. Carrie began her legal career as law clerk for Judges Wallace Cato and Kevin Chason Jr. in the South Georgia Judicial Circuit. She then became a prosecutor in South Georgia, specializing in the prosecution of offenses against women and children. Carrie moved into civil litigation in 2019 with an Atlanta, Georgiabased firm, specializing in defense of insurers and insureds in the context of automobile accidents.

Carrie has been involved in a wide variety of cases involving general liability claims. She has personally defended cases involving allegations against individuals and businesses. Carrie is involved in every step of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, settlement conferences and trials. She has litigated matters ranging from minor automobile accidents to wrongful death claims involving patrons and employees of restaurants and other commercial retail establishments.

Personal Injury
Carrie has handled minor and major injury cases brought against individuals and insurers in a variety of contexts. She also has handled complex declaratory actions involving multiple individuals and business entities. She has litigated personal injury cases in state and federal courts.

Premises Liability
Carrie has handled the litigation of matters brought against businesses and individuals, from start to finish, in both state and federal courts. These matters range from minor slip-and-fall cases to complex and catastrophic injuries sustained while present on privately and commercially owned properties.
