Cecilia Isenberg represents companies and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation with a particular emphasis on employment law counseling and litigation. She provides strategic, business-driven guidance on complex workplace issues, including disability-related matters, reasonable accommodations, harassment prevention, whistleblower protections, and the development and implementation of effective employment policies. Her practice also includes defending claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, and automobile liability.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Cecilia worked at a boutique Texas litigation defense firm. Previously, she served as counsel at a federal agency, handling claims pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and the National Labor Relations Board. In that role, she advised senior leadership on a wide range of workplace issues, including hiring and termination decisions (including reductions in force), harassment investigations, administrative investigations, whistleblower protections and investigations, compliance with federal employment laws and regulations, and the preparation and implementation of employment policies.
