His background enables him to identify relevant issues in a general liability case quickly and effectively. He leverages his experience to develop creative and cost-effective strategies for case resolution.

With ample knowledge and practice in the field of alternative dispute resolution across many types of claims, Chad explores all possible avenues for each case and advises clients about their options in and outside litigation. Chad co-authored a handbook used to train Rwandan judges and registrars in alternative dispute resolution strategies
