Areas of Focus

General Liability
Christina has built a diverse civil litigation practice handling premises, negligent security, and dram shop matters. She regularly advises and defends national clients in cases involving retail stores, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues, including large multi-use properties. Her work extends beyond litigation to advising on best practices and risk mitigation strategies, and Christina is often called on for early investigations and emergency response efforts – allowing clients to make strategic decisions from the outset.

Transportation/Trucking
Christina defends transportation companies involved in both regional and long-haul trucking operations, as well as bus carriers and other commercial fleets. Her clients span the full spectrum of freight and passenger transportation. She handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, regulatory compliance, and other liability exposures, and is a member of the firm’s 24/7 national emergency response team that responds to catastrophic trucking losses.
