With a focus on risk identification and litigation management, Christine defends complex and high-exposure matters, with an emphasis on product liability, mainly in the life sciences categories, as well as general and professional liability matters. She has represented foreign and domestic clients across a wide range of industries before state and federal courts.
Christine manages litigation from inception through resolution. She has substantial trial experience and, as an essential member of a number of trial teams, has obtained voluntary agreements for dismissal of actions that failed to establish a basis for the claims following service of dispositive motions, investigation or discovery. She also has moved successfully for summary judgment or dismissal in a multitude of cases.

Professional Liability
Christine has represented attorneys, design professionals and accountants, among others, in cases alleging professional malpractice. She is well versed in the unique aspects of malpractice defenses and works closely with her clients to achieve a positive and workable outcome. Christine has successfully obtained the early dismissal of legal malpractice and other professional liability actions, via summary judgment or otherwise.
Complex Tort & General Casualty
Christine has represented clients in all types of casualty and general liability matters. She has successfully defended them through motions for summary judgment or careful and deliberate targeting of early resolution as dictated by the circumstances of the case. She assists her clients in mitigating and managing exposure through claims and litigation management and is well versed in the concepts surrounding extra-contractual damages. Christine regularly handles construction matters, wrongful death claims, workplace injuries and catastrophic accidents.
