Christopher Piekarski represents doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities and other health care providers in personal injury, licensure and regulatory matters. He also has experience in premises liability defense, product liability defense and contract matters.

Chris’s experience includes prelitigation investigation, discovery, electronic discovery, lay and expert depositions, trial preparation, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial. He also handles risk-management consultation specifically related to the long-term care industry. Chris has engaged in motion practice, including dispositive motions and pretrial motion practice, as well as the appellate process. In addition, he has handled matters for large corporations as well as small companies and individuals.
