Christopher Post is a skilled litigator with substantial experience representing clients in complex, high-exposure civil litigation actions, including premises liability, automobile accidents, trucking/transportation, labor law, wrongful death, general casualty and mass tort.  He handles matters from inception through resolution by settlement, dispositive motion, trial or mediation/arbitration, actively litigating cases in state courts and overseeing cases in other jurisdictions across the country.

Chris’s practice evaluates all aspects of claim analysis, settlement valuation and litigation assessment, focusing on prompt exposure reporting and efficient resolution.  His extensive experience in handling these claims has enhanced his ability to develop practical, cost-effective ways to resolve matters on the best terms possible for clients.

Chris’s involvement often begins immediately after accidents occur by coordinating emergency responses to catastrophic events and conducting pre-suit investigations. This includes responding on scene, retaining experts, and interacting with law enforcement and governmental investigative agencies, all with a view toward early case assessment and formulation of a litigation strategy.

Chris maintains a strong relationship with his clients throughout various industries, built on trust, integrity, responsiveness and reliability.  He works closely with clients to emphasize a proactive defense to mitigate high-exposure damages through effective management of early assessment and negotiations, development of best practices, and strategic use of targeted discovery and motion practice.  He also keeps a keen eye on the big picture and maintains regular communication with clients to keep them apprised of the firm’s progress on open matters.
