Biography | Chuqiao Wang

Chuqiao (Chuchu) Wang represents national corporations and institutions in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, land disputes, warranty claims, surety bond claims, product liability disputes and intellectual property matters. Chuchu also represents individual professionals in medical malpractice litigation and investigation matters.

Chuchu is a native writer and speaker of Chinese. She spent years advising Asian clients on intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters, and helped them develop intellectual property portfolios in the United States.

During law school, Chuchu interned at the New York State Office of Attorney General in the Social Justice Division and the Environmental Protection Bureau, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. She is familiar with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and general corporate liability on a variety of environmental issues.

Chuchu was a member of a team that successfully secured a defense verdict in a commercial matter after a jury trial and numerous dismissals of matters after arguing motions.

Chuchu is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to law school, Chuchu was a patent practitioner at a top national law firm and dedicated to Intellectual Property matters. She has experience prosecuting mechanical and electrical device patent applications and inter partes review matters.
