Michael Lowry (Partner-Las Vegas, NV) was brought in to try a slip-and-fall case against a janitorial company in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Las Vegas after the original defense firm was unable to fully staff the file. The case involved disputed liability based on the multiple caution cones the plaintiff walked past before falling. The plaintiff had never given a demand before Michael joined the case.
