Clint Howie has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes litigation in trial and appellate courts. His practice focuses on commercial and insurance defense litigation, including professional liability defense, construction defects, business dispute, and general commercial liability. Clint also frequently advises insurance companies on complex coverage issues.
Clint has successfully litigated cases in trial courts throughout Texas and in other states. He has briefed and argued cases before Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Clint has extensive experience defending law firms, insurance agents and brokers, architects, and other professionals in professional liability lawsuits. Commercial & Insurance Defense Litigation
Clint represents businesses and insurers in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, construction defects, premises liability, contract disputes, and trade secrets and noncompetition agreements.
Insurance Coverage
Clint advises insurers on coverage-related issues, including coverage determinations and the handling of claims. He frequently serves as coverage counsel for insurers in litigation matters.
