Cody Goings

Cody Goings represents insurers and third-party administrators in  coverage and bad faith disputes. As a member of an experienced coverage team, he handles all types of insurance policies, first- and third-party coverages, including commercial general liability, construction, environmental, automobile, property, directors and officers, and more.

After graduating from law school, Cody served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul A. Roetman, Presiding Judge of the Second Judicial District of Alaska. Prior to law school, Cody and his wife spent five years in Uganda, Africa, with a non-governmental organization focused on providing sustainable solutions to community poverty.
