Colin Quinlan has experience with all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. His practice includes complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.
Colin has represented clients in matters involving complex pre-trial discovery, governmental investigations and commercial arbitration. Colin seeks to understand all relevant aspects of a matter and to tailor his approach to each client’s goals and concerns.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Colin worked at litigation firms in New York City and Los Angeles, and clerked for the Honorable James Donato of the United State District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco.
