Peter A. Lauricella (Partner-Albany, NY) has been appointed 2023–2024 Chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee of DRI: Lawyers Representing Business. The Commercial Litigation Committee is DRI's fifth-largest substantive law committee and one of its most energetic, encompassing everything from complex contract litigation and business torts to antitrust to class actions and more. The Commercial Litigation Committee has more than 1,500 attorney members from across the country and Canada, including attorneys in private practice, in-house counsel and Judges. Peter has been a member of the Committee for 15 years.  In his role as Chair, Peter will assist DRI in its continued growth and promulgate its core values of Education, Justice, Professionalism and Diversity.  Peter will oversee all of the Committee’s activities, including the planning of its Annual Seminar, networking and other professional development events.
