The plaintiff, a 45-year-old man, alleged that he sustained spinal injuries with damages amounting to $1 million when he fell in the medical group’s facility due to defective floor condition. Based on the results of the firm’s investigation and the documentary evidence submitted, Jackie was able to establish that Wilson Elser’s client did not cause or create any defective condition and was not responsible for the maintenance of the subject premises. The action is continuing against the building owner and the general contractor.
