Corinna Pilat is a skilled litigator who represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Corinna also adeptly handles cases involving negligence and catastrophic personal injury.

Corinna has significant experience representing insurers in coverage disputes and extra-contractual litigation, including bad faith claims. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Corinna practiced at several established law firms, including a regional defense firm and a national Am Law 100 firm, where she gained broad litigation experience in diverse practice areas. Earlier in her career, she served as a Clark County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Vancouver, Washington, where she honed her trial advocacy skills and gained valuable courtroom experience.
