Cynthia Arce focuses her practice on the defense of personal injury matters, including actions for both general and motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and intentional torts. Cynthia analyzes case-specific facts to determine defensibility and appropriate action to achieve each client’s goals.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Cynthia worked at firm practicing civil defense litigation with an emphasis on automobile and premises liability actions throughout California. Before that, she worked for multiple major U.S. insurance companies, handling automobile and commercial general liability matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and premises and product liability claims.
