Cindy assists clients in preventing, mitigating and managing exposure and provides innovative and cost-effective resolutions to the most complex legal issues. She also consults on insurance product development, underwriting, claims practices and procedures, and issues arising out of third-party administration of claims. She routinely acts as national coordinating or oversight counsel. As a former assistant general counsel for a large insurer, she brings the unique perspective of an attorney with both practical and in-house legal experience.

Cindy forms close relationships with clients to help them manage and navigate the ever-changing legal and legislative regulatory terrain of employment and labor law. She has experience handling employment disputes across the entire DC Metro area, including Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland.
