Dakeitha S. Haynes

Dakeitha Haynes handles complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts involving insurance and general liability defense of matters, including premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and automobile/trucking liability. 

Prior to joining the Wilson Elser, Dakeitha was a Litigation Associate with multiple Florida law firms, where she represented large and small corporations in defense matters, from inception through trial, and post-trial motions. 

Prior to private practice, Dakeitha was an Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where she represented indigent persons. As a public defender, she litigated several trials to verdict.
