Daniel Eric Gonzalez is an experienced attorney practicing employment law, representing employers in complex workplace disputes and compliance matters. In addition, he has litigated commercial disputes, including claims of breach of contract, fiduciary duty, restrictive covenants (noncompete, nondisclosure, and nonsolicitation agreements), misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference, and other business torts. His career has spanned large national firms to boutique firms. He has represented a broad range of employers, including international corporations and small and mid-sized businesses.

Employment & Labor
Daniel has successfully represented employers in arbitration and litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR). He has successfully litigated cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wage disputes, and alleged violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Daniel has also obtained numerous dismissals of charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and FCHR and has obtained summary judgments for employees in employment litigation.
