Daniel Fulkerson represents companies in litigated and commercial cases and is experienced in logistics matters. He regularly represents clients in a wide variety of supply chain issues, including insurance, carrier/broker liability, and complex casualty claims.
Dan is a Licensed Customs Broker with the U.S. Department of Customs and Border Protection and has served as a Licensed Customs Broker in the management of import logistics services for a number of Fortune 500 companies. He also is an Arbitrator with the Texas Comptroller's Office, and has presided over more than 200 Texas Central Appraisal District property tax arbitration hearings.

Dan works with all aspects supply chain litigation and commercial/transactional issues that arise in the logistics environment. He also regularly represent clients in regulatory compliance matters, including the defense of motor carriers in personal injury litigations; premises and industrial liability of every scale including catastrophic injury and wrongful death; cargo litigation, Carmack Amendment, COGSA, Montreal Convention, and FAAAA; insurance, coverage review, declaratory judgment, and policy issues; complex commercial transactions, contracts, international purchase/sales agreements; regulatory compliance, Customs, OFAC/BIS, trade regulations and other cross-border issues, and DOT audits; commercial real estate. property tax assessment/ad valorem; and cross-border litigation issues.
