Daniel H. Lee

Daniel Lee has a diverse litigation and counseling practice spanning employment, business, and complex tort matters. For more than two decades, he has represented clients ranging from multinational corporations and government entities to small businesses and professionals, and he regularly advises in-house counsel and executive teams. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including financial services, real estate, property management, insurance, legal services, construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and technology. Daniel has successfully litigated and resolved high-stakes disputes, including class actions, employment matters, complex business disputes, and other “bet the company” litigation.

While much of his current practice focuses on defending employers in employment disputes, Daniel also represents clients in complex tort and commercial matters. His practice additionally includes advising clients on workplace and business issues and conducting internal investigations.
