Danielle Lutyk is an experienced litigator who focuses on defending complex civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, transportation, premises liability, professional liability, health care-related disputes, and other high-exposure claims. She represents clients at all stages of the claims and litigation process, working to develop practical strategies that align with business objectives and efficiently resolve disputes.
Danielle brings a broad litigation background, with experience handling matters involving national businesses, individuals, insurers, government entities, and health care providers and organizations. Her experience spans pre-suit investigation and early resolution efforts through active litigation and appeals in both state and federal courts. She also brings an understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations that often intersect with complex litigation matters. Danielle works to tailor strategies to each client’s specific needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
Danielle is known for her strong analytical skills, responsiveness, and practical approach to advocacy. She values clear communication, efficient case management, and building trusted client relationships.
In law school, Danielle served as a senior staff editor of the Washington University Law Review. She also received the Outstanding Brief Award and was a quarterfinalist in Oral Argument in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition. In recognition of her academic achievement, she was awarded the Scholars in Law Award.
Danielle has served as an appointed member of The Florida Bar Grievance Committees since 2024, assisting in the review of attorney disciplinary matters and the upholding of professional standards within the legal profession.
