Darrell Nguyen has experience in all phases of litigation from inception to trial and arbitration, representing multinational corporations, small businesses and individuals. His practice focuses on professional liability (representing real estate brokers/agents, property managers, accountants and design professionals), personal injury, real property disputes, premises liability, construction defect litigation, landlord/tenant litigation and general liability.

Darrell has tried several cases to verdict. While he enjoys trial work and preparation, his strength lies in identifying matters primed for early settlement and successfully negotiating those cases to resolution. Darrell works closely with insurance adjusters, corporate clients and in-house counsel to develop effective litigation and settlement strategies. He has successfully resolved numerous matters through dispositive law and motion work, and obtained many favorable resolutions through negotiated settlements.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Darrell was a partner at a national law firm where he was responsible for managing a large team of general litigation attorneys in the San Francisco office. He enjoys mentoring and working with new attorneys, offering them support and guidance as they navigate the practice of law and their personal lives.
