Daryl represents general contractors, architects and engineers, developers, manufacturers, and owners in matters ranging from breach of contract, breach of warranty, and construction defect claims to design professional negligence claims, construction site injuries, and delay and disruption claims.

Transportation
Daryl has experience litigating a wide range of transportation matters, including commercial carriers and trucking companies involved in catastrophic bodily injury and wrongful death.

Director & Officer Liability
Daryl handles cases involving directors and officers, defending against alleged breaches of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, employment, and related claims.
