AJ Bokeno represents businesses and individuals in general civil and complex commercial litigation, drawing on his vast experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Further, AJ is well versed in developing and implementing pretrial litigation tactics, such as using effective discovery methods throughout litigation, preparing witnesses, and arguing pretrial motions.
With experience in federal and state court on a multitude of legal issues, AJ understands the complexity of navigating different areas of the law to achieve the best result while representing global, national, regional, and local clientele. AJ also has experience in appellate advocacy, including drafting appellate briefs and appellate motion practice. In addition, he has achieved certification in Wilson Elser’s rigorous Mock Trial Invitational, through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.
