Elizabeth Yang represents established businesses, professionals, and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, product liability, and transportation, as well as various workers' compensation matters. In addition, Elizabeth provides legal counsel and representation to lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in malpractice actions.
During law school, Elizabeth was the co-president of the Tax Law Association. Following a competitive selection process, Elizabeth was appointed a Cornell University Complainants' Codes Counselor. During her two-year tenure, she represented complainants in Cornell's Title IX and Student Code of Conduct processes and assisted clients with interview preparation, evidence review, hearings, and alternate resolution negotiations.
