Emily L.P. Aguero handles claims litigation for a large national insurance carrier. She practices in the fields of insurance defense, representing carriers and insureds, and general civil litigation, with a primary focus in construction defect litigation. Emily also has experience with cases involving premises liability, personal injury, family law, land use, subrogation, fire losses, employment law and copyright infringement. 

Before joining Wilson Elser, Emily worked at a mid-size Colorado-based civil defense firm serving insurers, businesses and professionals. Wilson Elser’s broad scope and national footprint give her clients the advantage of a full-service practice anywhere matters arise. Emily has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and regularly participates in events and fundraising in support of the Denver Dumb Friends League.
