He is accomplished in conducting expert depositions in personal injury, intellectual property, wrongful death, products liability and construction litigation matters; briefing and arguing dispositive motions; and coverage analysis. Eric has argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court.

In addition, Eric has extensive experience litigating complex personal injury, intellectual property, product liability and defective construction claims. He also has extensive experience in multi-party mediations involving multimillion-dollar construction claims and wrongful death actions.

Professional Liability
Throughout his career, Eric has represented architects, engineers and doctors in numerous professional liability matters involving claims in excess of a million dollars. Many of these claims involved large commercial and residential construction projects as well as medical malpractice claims concerning significant physical injuries. 

Catastrophic Loss / Wrongful Death
Eric has defended numerous catastrophic loss /wrongful death claims throughout his career, including dram shop actions, death claims stemming from faulty construction and pharmaceutical cases involving claims of drug overdose. 

Product Liability / Asbestos
Eric also has extensive experience litigating product liability matters, including many multi-party asbestos actions, representing a wide array of national and international companies. These matters have involved an equally diverse number of products, spanning automotive parts to electrical wiring, cement pumps and commercial flooring applications. 

Insurance Coverage
Eric has performed numerous insurance coverage opinions and analysis, and litigated coverage claims, representing various insurance companies, including a jury trial involving the challenge of a stipulated judgment.
