Eric Gibson uses his nearly 25 years of experience as in-house counsel to provide effective representation on a wide range of issues including but not limited to transportation, regulatory compliance, and defending low frequency/high severity product liability cases. Eric oversees the entire litigation process from the first notice of a potential claim to resolutions that serve the best interests of his clients.
Eric also has extensive experience procuring property and casualty insurance for his in-house clients and working with stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem.
