Erin Haney is an experienced litigator focusing on complex tort defense. She represents clients in high-stakes matters, bringing strategic judgment and a practical, client-centered approach to case management. Known for her clear communication and strong analytical skills, Erin works closely with clients to develop effective strategies grounded in clarity, responsiveness, and mutual trust.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Erin practiced in Florida for six years, defending clients in complex tort litigation.
During law school, Erin served as a law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims in the Office of Special Masters. She also completed a semester abroad, studying at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Fluent in Spanish, Erin studied abroad as an undergraduate at the University of Alicante in Spain, deepening her cross-cultural understanding and linguistic acumen.
