Evie Winters is an experienced litigator committed to learning her clients’ businesses and industries to help them navigate complex legal challenges. As a trial lawyer, Evie’s work has included bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals across state and federal courts in the Pacific Northwest. She is often asked to defend medical device and other product manufacturers in product liability lawsuits; health care providers and lawyers in malpractice claims; businesses and premises owners in personal injury, wrongful death, and toxic tort lawsuits; and companies in contractual disputes. 

Evie brings a practical and strategic approach to all phases of litigation and to developing risk management strategies and best practices to help clients minimize future claims and litigation. She has defended aviation accident cases and represented prominent manufacturers of medical devices, forest products, and firefighting equipment; technology/rideshare company; medical practitioners and health care companies; schools and youth-serving organizations; and international distributors and product sellers. She also has experience representing universities in a variety of legal matters, including through litigation.

Evie's trial experience in aviation accident cases in Washington and Oregon make her a knowledgeable and trusted resource and litigator in the field. Her experience includes multiple trials arising from major and smaller aircraft accidents and fatalities, including defense of a Part 121 carrier through trial, and appeals.

Life Sciences
Evie has defended and managed pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, including litigation involving drug trials, in state and federal courts. She has a depth of knowledge about medicine and a passion for supporting health care, which she brings to her defense of medical and pharmaceutical companies and health care professionals.
