Ian Stewart (Partner-Los Angeles, CA) will join a panel titled “Cannabis Insurance Comes of Age” at the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance 2022 Annual Conference on March 23–25, 2022, at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California. Ian will discuss the shifting landscape of insurance programs and coverage offered to the cannabis industry including the retention of risk by Cannabis multistate operators through insurance captives. Based on past, present and anticipated claims data, the panel will cover how cannabis companies can navigate new risk environments.
