Our panel of national coverage professionals will take a deep dive into common – and often expensive! – complex coverage mistakes. They will move beyond a discussion of the fundamental risks associated with the key tenets of coverage to explore the complex and often gray areas of coverage. Topics include time-limit demands and the duty to settle, reservation of rights and independent counsel, and waiver and estoppel.
