William F. McDevitt (Partner, Philadelphia) will participate in a panel discussion to review the impact of Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Law on employment, education and family law practice in the Commonwealth. Since Pennsylvania dispensaries began operations in 2017, the medical marijuana program has expanded to include new medical conditions and will likely continue to expand based on anticipated federal reforms. The panel will discuss continuing – and resolving − conflicts between federal and state law and the future of Pennsylvania's medical program.
