In celebration of National Mentoring Month, Jacqueline Hattar (Partner-White Plains, NY), a member of the firm’s DEI Committee, and White Plains regional representatives of WAVE (Women Attorneys Valued & Empowered), Of Counsel Eliza Scheibel, Nicole Holland and Olivia Orlando-Donovan, have joined forces with the Westchester Women’s Bar Association (WWBA) to present “Paying It Forward: Effective Mentorship and Sponsorship for Personal and Professional Growth,” on January 25, 2024, in the White Plains office of Wilson Elser.  Jackie will join the esteemed five-member panel, and Eliza, Nicole and Olivia will serve as co-moderators. Panelists will discuss the benefits of effective mentorship and sponsorship, and how they provide tools and strategies for mentees to become future leaders. These efforts improve employee engagement and retention by fostering an inclusive, diverse and collaborative work environment.
