William McDevitt (Partner-Philadelphia) will join the panel, “Pennsylvania’s Industrial Hemp Program,” for the 2019 Medical Marijuana and Hemp Law Symposium on March 22, 2019, to be held at various locations throughout Pennsylvania and by webcast. The panel will focus on the continuing importance of Pennsylvania's Hemp Pilot Program, how the 2018 Farm Act will increase opportunities, and the evolving development of federal and state regulations regarding licensing, testing and transportation.
