Faisal Khan concentrates his practice on personal injury, premises liability, automobile/trucking accidents, breach of contract, professional liability, commercial litigation, construction defects, product liability and general negligence cases. Faisal handles various aspects of civil litigation, including depositions, discovery, mediations, arbitration and motion practice, and he has experience in the areas of contract management and trademark prosecution. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Faisal was an associate attorney at two full-service Texas law firms. While in law school, Faisal interned at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Child Support Division in Dallas and provided pro bono services to clients as a student attorney with the SMU Dedman Patent Clinic. 

Through his earlier career in information technology and his experience in the corporate world, Faisal brings clients the competitive advantage of understanding IT and computer technologies and their confluence with the legal world. During this time, he was associated with the information technology sector, working for such major corporations as PepsiCo and Ericsson in various capacities.
