Gary Kenney

Gary Kenney represents various corporations, not-for-profit organizations and individuals in defense of transportation, premises, construction, products and various other general liability matters. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Gary worked for State Farm representing their insureds in motor vehicle accident cases, and before that as a plaintiff personal injury counsel at another firm. 

Gary is efficient at spotting issues that could be harmful to clients and crafting a defense strategy to best represent them. His experience as a plaintiffs’ attorney has helped him anticipate actions that may be taken by plaintiffs and their counsel.
